Harry Kane Named Gold Soccer Awards Best Overall Footballer of 2025/26 Season

Harry Kane is Gold Soccer Awards' Best Overall Footballer of 2025/26, following an extraordinary season of individual excellence, consistency and all-round brilliance.
The Bayern Munich striker scored 61 goals in 51 club appearances: 36 in the Bundesliga, 14 in the Champions League and 10 in the DFB Cup, plus one in another competition.
Only Cristiano Ronaldo (61 in 2014/15) and Lionel Messi (73 in 2011/12) have matched or exceeded Kane's total across Europe's top five leagues this century.
But Kane offers far more than goals. His exceptional ability to drop deep, relieve pressure on teammates, dictate play and create scoring opportunities makes him one of football's most complete forwards.
Our other finalists were outstanding. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia inspired PSG to Champions League glory, while Michael Olise delivered exceptional creativity and productivity for Bayern and France.
Three exceptional footballers. One outstanding winner.
Gold Soccer Awards recognises footballing excellence independently, without influence from publicity, popularity or hype.
